We cultivate vegetables for our organic recipes based on vegetables, eggs, cereal. We cook dishes from the ancient Tuscan tradition such as soups served in original ceramic plates, homemade pasta, lavender honey produced by our bees which is the sweetener of our desserts and beverages, bread baked in a wood oven.
Our soups are enriched with our aromatic herbs: burnet, catmint, myrtle, laurel, or from our garden, our organic herbs such as chives, sage officinalis, rosemary. Moreover wild herbs such as dandelion, hops, wild chicory, nettles are blended, boiled, sauted, cooked to promote flavours and nutritional value.
Our company has been an organic farm for many years. No substance in chemical synthesis, no poison, no chemical fertilizer are used and seeds are purchased by certified organic farms.
